Up bright and early on Saturday Monring. Played football 10-11 am. I feel i am in a routine now and it is a change of lifestye which definalty helps not only weight loss but a healthy lifestyle. I am in a habit carrying a bottle of water round with me and because i did not buy chocolate as a snack when i go to my fridge for a snack theres grapes, olives and healthy yoghurts so i have no choice but eat them or have no snack. I am enjoying a smoothie now. At first i thought they were a bit much, i could't quite put my finger on what it was but i am used to drinking them now and most of all enjoying drinking smoothies.
